Real shame has shown what a good player he is, welcome to return if he can't get in at the Red Devils.

Club asking if we can keep him on a week-to-week basis..didn't know that was allowed ? on the plus side Simon Grix is close to playing and could slot straight in there.

His loan was up yesterday but has it been confirmed that it wont be extended. Marshall said he would be on the phone to Salford yesterday. Shame if not because he could get vital game time at Fax that he wont at Salford.

If Grix is fit he should slot straight in but cant seem him been match ready just yet

According to RM he was close to selection v Sheffield but may need another week.In that case why didn't he play in the curtain raiser in prep. for next week ?

Good to hear he has been playing well. In his limited game time with us he seemed to struggle in Super League, but he hasn't played much in the last 12 months. Perhaps a good run in a team was what he needed, interesting to see whether he comes back to us or remains on loan.

Reserve game on Thursday so hopefully Grix can get a run out there.

I've been told by 2 very good sources at the club that Marshall had confirmed to them that Grix will be playing at Whitehaven this weekend.

I hope that Grix is fit but I would like to give a big wrap to Matt Sarsfield for the great shift that he put in whilst with us.

Matt Sarsfield's loan extended on a week to week basis from now on. RM is happy with the arrangement.
