Bit of a shame this one for me...Would of loved to see him in a Rhinos shirt doing exactly what he did in the NRL

Like people have mentioned if the lad isn't happy here, then get someone in who will jump at the chance at playing for a club our size.

Would you get another NRL player or is there anyone in the SL that could replace him?

Shame. He could have one of our greatest overseas players. Hopefully the club will find a better replacement.

I'm stuck between these three feelings about this one:

1. Pussy, what kind of man want's to run home with his tail between his legs after a couple of months.
2. Great, this gives us a chance to sign a tough hard yards prop who will help to take some of the pressure off of JP. IMHO none of our other props make anything like enough metres and we now have a chance to get someone else in.
3. Meh, there was a successful Leeds Rhinos before Eastwood, and there will be after as well.

Oh, and this makes me even more pleased that we resigned Ali for another year.

Bad news for us, but if the player wants to leave, then let him. No point in keeping at a club he has no desire to play for.

Sad to say he has represented very poor value on the clubs outlay of time and money.

The club is right to look for a transfer fee.

Be interesting to see if we bring anyone in and in what position because imo we have enough back-rowers.

Played some good stuff, played some sloppy stuff.

If he wants to go and we get some cash, fair enough.

With Ali back and fit, I don't really see the need to play him again.

We all know he doesn't like the cold, nasty, English weather. That will be due come the play-offs, so he shouldn't feature.

I wouldn't want him taking a spot from someone who wants to play for us and wants to have a future at Leeds.

He can come in after maybe significant challenge cup games and assist in our league position. That would be handy for us (Eastwood has done whats in his interest, so we should use him for ours!), but come the play-offs - bye Greg!!
