Grade A offence along with Dragons Simon. Taia charged with Grade C offence, all 3 have EGP available. Thoughts?

When you land one as flush as that you're always going to end up with some sort of punishment. EGP is the way forward, I'd say.

Early guilty and he'll get sin bin sufficient or at worst one match and miss the Broncos game.

Taia should get 4 games.

Early Guilty Plea

A Player who has:

 been charged with an Offence of Grade A-C; and
 =#FF0000who has not been found guilty of any other charge of on field misconduct before the Tribunal, or by submitting a previous Early Guilty Plea, in the 12 months preceding the date of the Match in which the alleged Offence took place; and
 who has not been permanently sent from the field in a Match in the 12 months preceding the date of the Match (unless subsequently found not guilty of such an offence).


So if he goes to tribunal and gets guilty he loses the EGP.

The lack of consistency from the RFL is beyond a joke now. Wigan player before a semi final does it = no charge and no ban. Catalans player with time to go before the play offs does it = Grade C charge.

I honestly don't know what else you expected. Leeds and Wigan are always given special dispensation by the disciplinary panel.

Actually just seen the punch up again and ok LMS waded in to sort it out, but Simon threw the first punch as he did not like the tackle and losing the ball. So I would say evens for both players.
