Take 4 first choice players out of any teams three quarter line in SL and see what their replacements are. It will be kids and squad players on cack money cos of the salary cap.

Yup, add Percy, swift, Tommy and j-lo and it's a lot better but hardly world class either

So many quality players needed to add to this squad it's scary.

Totally average squad and not many I'd actually keep if had a choice.

Imo we will end up in transition again after only just coming out of it. How we can win the grand final and then end up like this is unreal.

I remember in his Salford days Jordan Turner being compared to a young Ellery Hanley in the press. I can only assume at the time young Jordan was a cracking car thief as that is where the comparisons end.

Is wing Spedding's natural position? I am certainly not blaming him for last night; he had the misfortune of being outside of Turner who put in one of the worst 'centre' performances I can remember; it's just that he seems to be an identikit Saints winger - no real size or pace.

Reminded me of Foster, left in "no mans" land at times. Good drop off pass to Fages for his try though.

I said all this about Turner two years ago and was shot down. The guy is a terrible player. His defence is on par with Sargison as the worst in super league.

The biggest problem with me regarding Turner is the fact he's no heart and soft. He goes off with every little bang he gets and never willing to put his body on the line.

When Percival and Peyroux return I would put Turner and Dawson on the wings. Which might be unfair to Dawson because he's done a reasonable job to cover.

I'd have Dawson over Peyroux to be honest. I'd release Peyroux altogether, absolute joke of a signing.

We should really write this season off now and go with only players we see having a future. The likes of Nzongou, Wellington, Grace and Richardson should all be playing now if we see them playing in the future.
