Difficult game, no doubt. As per the York games we are at risk defensively and the Batley game has not convinced me we have addressed those issues. It's one thing keeping Batley with their current woes to a single try another entirely when facing teams who have already beaten us and have the belief they can beat us again. Having said that we have a strong squad who can go to Barrow and get the win.

These are the tough games that shape our season. I listened to Noble earlier in the week and like he said, if we lose due to some brilliant skill we have to take that on the chin. But a few times this year we've lost due to poor concentration and basically throwing the game away. York/Barrow at home being prime examples of this and we face them both over the next two weeks.


We are over halfway now and need to start showing we have learnt from previous mistakes. 

I see the grub that is Stack is  not playing today so that increases our chances of keeping a full side on the pitch.

Big game today as the Bulls travel to Barrow. A ground that’s never been kind to us, with no win there since 2019. That said, Barrow have only won 1 of their last 5, so we have to see this as a real opportunity. With Widnes beating Toulouse, a win today would pull us level with them. Absolute must-win for me. No excuses, time to break the Barrow hoodoo!
