I've got a better idea: let's not, and say we did.

i started a thread on this topic on another forum and most of the english posters thought it might be a good idea.

if NFL can sell out wembley stadium for a sport which isnt indigenous to england, why cant RL play its showcase game.

when they played an origin in america it got RL loads of publicity

ive little doubt it would sell out and people would see RL at its best.

so soccer fans all around the world can watch champions league finals etc but only australian RL fans are interested in the best RL can offer.

We do play our showcase games here.

You stick with playing yours there.

the fans would go crazy for it . we could have 2 games played . nsw vs queensland . then a england origin game
