Just got back from Manly v Souths. The bloke on the PA was exhorting Manly fans to cheer their team on every 5 mins, really annoying, and that's not just a turn of phrase: I mean it was literally every 5 mins. I'm moving out here in October and swear to God that if it's like that everywhere I'm gonna have to give it all up and just watch games on telly.
Our players might be rubbish, but at least Superleague fans know what to do eh?

It is rubbish in comparison to S.L. I watch the Titans,and have been in there with 25,000 crowds,3500 at London Broncos/Quins was a much better atmoshere,and thats generally he case at virtually all the Aussie grounds/games i have been to.

Been to Suncorp for a couple of Broncos games, thought the atmosphere was OK but know exactly what you mean about the stewards - proper killjoys |

Yeah you're right, done that and they're good, and quite noisy on the hill today too. Just a shame Souths often have 15,000 people in an 80,000+ stadium, never will understand why that happens so often (guess it's financial), miles better to be in a proper home ground like at the Eels, Manly or even the Dragons these days. |
