I'd imagine it's the official on the sideline. The ref in the middle has enough to do. Shouldn't happen though.

It's not Alibert's fault. You can't take your eye off the game and start counting. That's the job of the sideline official. He shouldn't let any player go on to the field unless someone leaves the pitch. I doubt he will be getting that gig again anytime soon. It's not the hardest job in the world is it? Count to 10 and make sure a player comes off before a Ayer goes on?

Some straw grasping going on here off Cas fans. It's a wrap on the knuckles for the fourth official or whoever controls the ins and outs of players during the match.

To call for a 2 point deduction or a replay would be penalizing Salford for something they have no control over. Hardly fair. I understand why it would miff some fans, but all it is is a mistake by an official. Get over it.
