I heard a little rumour today from a die hard wigan fan that sam tomkins had a falling out at wigan, and that he was dropped because of this rather than him being injured...

Anyone heard similar?

Heard there is discord in camp due to the nutter element of McIlorum and Hock. ST went off during the Cats match with a sore knee, didn't he? Seems a bit far fetched that he'd fake injury 2 matches back...?

Don't know if he got injured v Catalan, it does seem a bit far fetched, just the rumour going round at work amongst wigan fans.

Well their season is over so they need something to talk about.

If it is true, surely he wouldn't have been allowed to lurk next to Wane all game in his own clothes rather than sitting with the rest of the team in training gear which is what normally happens when a player isn't selected. I imagine Tomkins could sleep with the wives of every club board member and still get selected to be honest!

I wonder if it will destabilise Wigan as much as the Richie Myler situation at the start of the season rocked our club

To be fair, I can't remember a week going by at any club where at least a couple of players haven't had a flare up in training ....... for a player to get dropped for a SF (or as is being hinted with Fielden, let go) it would have to be a serious ding dong .... and something tells me bookies would have Finch as favourite in that one!

End of debate. Worst rumours ever these going around at the moment, especially the "Gareth Hock wont play for Wigan again" one's prior to the Leeds game...............which he played in.

also, how can someone have a fight with Fielden?... you punch him, he blacks out.... fight over.
