Not going to try name the 17 from that list but do you think Austin at 9?

Absolutely not! I’m unclear why this has been suggested by a few but I can’t see what he could bring to that role. I presume J Clark/ Matt Davis mix. Clark looked assured passing from the ground last week, Davis perhaps more of a running threat.

Can't see Austin at 9, Clark and Davis will share the role I imagine, although they have brought Tom Inman in to the squad who is a hooker I think?

If it is to be Clark & Davis at hooker I'd expect Hughes to move to 13 and Longstaff to back row. Props Hill, Mulhern, Sita & Doro.

But as you say, team could be anything, Williams potentially missing out, maybe they will want Austin to get some game time in before the Play offs in case of injury, same for Ashton & Wrench.

We look very limited in the front row, I presume Doro will get used and presumably for a decent stint this time.

Ah didn’t see that explains why then. Hopefully his wife can hold on

So just read Currie’s interview and he mentioned that if 2nd was still a possibility they will push for it. 2 ways to read that but anyhow just had a look at both the Saints and Leeds squad and I’m thinking Saints will come out top in that encounter.
