Remember,  the Aussies aren't exactly keen on Aussie coaches that have been serial winners over here....Matty Elliott, Ian Milward only went back as assistants (iirc). I don't  think they'll be on the phone for a back to back CC runner up British coach. 


After last weeks defeat, we might as well've had the end of season party. We're light years behind the play offs, quality wise.


Time our "superstars" bucked up, and some of our squad players were shown the door

Most people who post regularly on linkedin end up coming across as knobs. 

But if club staff and players think he's a figure of cringe it is a problem. In any organisation the worst thing for any leader is to be thought of as a bit of a joke. They do all the motivational stuff thinking they are Al Pacino in Any Given Sunday and everybody politely nods their heads and tries to keep a straight face. 


We've all seen these kind of people high up in an organisation. Drunk on their own hype and completely lacking self-awareness as to how they are perceived by their staff.


Maybe everybody at the club buys in and is behind him but honestly reading that linkedin stuff it fits with his general persona and I fear the worst. 


Can you imagine Andy Gatcliffe coming out with any of that stuff. He was a serious figure who brought gravitas and credibility to the role. 

We lose on Saturday and the season is over - can’t say I fancy us either

13 games left and we need to win 2 more games than Hull FC and Wakefield over that period - and that's to scrape 6th.
