Well Basil's comments on GMR last night have told me two things.

First he cares about this club and second this club is in serious financial trouble.

I have been asking a few questions this morning about the Consortium waiting in the wings.

We have to find out the funding gap for this season between what the Consortium are prepared to offer on a monthly basis and the actual cost of funding our club.

Whatever the shortfall is we fans will have to find the money to bridge it. Now not everyone can contribute and I realise that.

We have to act fast or this season will be our last and the players wages MUST be paid.I therefore pledge £80 a month and have asked Maurice to get in touch with the Consortium to get this ball rolling.

Anyone else who can afford to I recommend you PM Maurice. This is urgent and this post is deadly serious.

What's this consortium you speak of Frank?

Esentially they are members of the Corporate club. I cannot stress enough how serious this is and we must act fast hence my post.

It's hardly supprising that the players minds were not on the field last night then. I don't how much or for how long I can contribute.

I have no idea John. All I know is the club are struggling to pay the players wages for next month.

Look people can sign up to £80 a month to LISA the form says how much per month you want to pay, so sign up to LISA or the coperate Club whichever it makes no difference, we dont have time to set up anything else, lets use what we have already in place. It`s not my Club but I wish you all the best and Lynda has a point everything that LISA makes goes directly to the Club and the Club are already in communications with LISA the avenue is already there . If time is of the esscence it seems only sensible to let LISA handle it .
