London should have retained him. If it retained him for this year at a significant salary over what Penrith were offering, London would not have been relegated.

The man played just 9 games for us but left such a positive impression. This season we would have won more games but even he wouldn't have saved us from relegation. As a neutral I'll be favouring the Panthers only as he is in the squad....

The Jamie Soward love in is a little OTT for me. He was a good player for us but not exceptional I thought, seemed a nice guy so pleased to see him doing well in Aus but can't say I've followed him closely since he left

Yeah I mean why would we get excited by a player in our colours playing with skill, commitment, passion and that rubbing off on his team mates to up their game. I mean we've had so much of that over the last few years eh?

To clarify. Soward would not have kept london up this year. The pseudo french pillock fails to comprehend that sowards performances this year have been behind a hard-working grunty pack.

Jamie was also under a contractual obligation to return to Australia before he played for us. The concept of him potentially playing for London this season is ludicrous
