If I'm honest, the crowd looked much bigger from the stands and put it this way, with a stadium capacity of around 11000, was the stadium really under half full ??

Fantastic atmosphere in the North Stand too - one of the better games for quite a while.

No it wasn't under half full. I'm sure there were more than 5300 there today. I would have said 6300

When I was in the cats bar before the game I saw lots of people enter the ground by showing a season ticket to the security guard. None of these can be counted as they haven't passed through a turnstile.

So is the crowd of 5320 paying people on the gates ?? I'd say this is about right with 2000 season ticket holders and for me there was around a 7000 plus crowd.

I'd like to think that Mr Carter has finally sorted out the free entry scandals of the past seasons !!

How is it possible to get in for free? I don't frequent Cat's Bar and never have but how is it possible to gain entry for nothing? Either way it's not right and needs looking at surely?

50/50 blame in my opinion .

Club needs to sort out its managing of the cats bar and stewarding. If people can get away with it they will. Security clearly needs upgrading.

That said, if season ticket holders were not counted in attendance then crowd about right.

Looked at least 7k to me. There were a lot of bemused faces when the attendance was announced.
