Viewing the effervescent David Fifita & the vibrancy he brings to the club & dressing room & therefore to each individual it becomes obvious this ingredient was missing until he came again to the club. Therefore who will provide this vital ingredient next season which or where ever we play next season !
Personally we need him next season but more importantly we need to scour for a player that holds this ability to replace him a.s.a.p.
It is obvious what has been missing, his enthusiasm which makes every one smile & enjoy & believe in the team players/mates & the club, he may well be described as the glue !

David has brought so much to the team that is obvious. I hope that we ask him for another season whether it’s in the second tier or not. But it’s a big ask to be uprooting family again. Either way the man will always have my respect.

Big Dave will go down as a Legend of Wakefield .Think the way we have played against Leeds and Salford is more down to what Dave and Gale are getting out of the players than what the Coach had achieved in the first 15 games .Every thing as improved from the passing of the bal,l to the forwards running hard and working hard in defence .

Blame coach for games we lose and don’t credit him with games we win. That’s highly cynical imo I’m afraid. Has Mash kicked your cat or something.

Also, consider who it was that brought Gale in and who brought Fifita back (by Fifita own admission). The coach takes the heat for the losses but he should also take the credit for any recent upturn in fortunes and decisions that may lead to that (or not).

Sorry can not agree ,should have been sorted at beginning of season ,not 15 games in .Giving Gaskell the 6 shirt ,Going back to things that W Poaching had tried for the first 8 games of this season and not admiting it was not working ,Took W Poaching about two games to see same problem .Here we go again Chester part 6 .Win a few games and all is forgive ,let's forget about making the club a laughing stock, ,not scoring a try in 5 games, scoring a average of 6 points a game for first 15 games .Having the worst defensive record by far in S L .I agree some thing as changed over the last 3 games ,but to give the worst coach we have had at Wakefield the credit is way of the mark At least the last few games have put some life back into the club

Will not get any credit from me.As said everything as changed on the field since Gale and Dave as come to the club .The same thing happened with Chester he was taking the credit at the start then J K left then Chester was a like a fish out of water .Same with the coach we got now but,in reverse .If the Coach is that good ,how come the ball was not been passed fast and straight for the first 15 games the forwards were plodding in, the defence was shocking, The rugby was the worst i have seen at Wakefield . Think 2 wins because we are doing things that we should have been doing from from the first game is down to the Coach i can not agree with .Think when \if we go down there as got to to be a change of the coach or we will be back at square one unless they give Gale a big part in the coaching role .Powell is struggling at Wires but did a great job at Cas. Was Gale the one that got Powell the credit .Gale is way past is best on the park but the way we through the ball about against Leed shows there is some one at Wakefield who can get a team to play attacking rugby .,but it is not the presents coach
