Edit - The link above straight to the PDF does appear to work but it is a big file, so it might take a while to download.

I think in order to get to the now edited link in my original post, you might need to clear the cache of the page held on your computer.

The stadium isn't shown on the drawing but i have read the planning application and it does say to include a community stadium.
