Tbf, having seen Wigan take Warrington apart I feel a bit better about the scoreline in that game. I’ve said pretty much the same, that by comparison maybe the reason behind our poor performance was more simply just the gulf in quality.
What is pleasing is the Cartwright saw the issues in terms of being bullied down the middle and the club have gone about resolving that issue pretty much with immediate affect.
We are very much in the early stages of the rebuild so still a long way to go but at least the signs are there that things are been done and plans are in place for continued improvement.
Leigh look very good and they have made some very shrewd signings that have improved them so we will be in for a tough time at home
As long as we can stick with them and improve our completion rate to at least 80% and reduce the errors/indiscipline that’s for me is an improvement, regardless of win or loss.
