In view of the fall out from the Bulls' situation and the "closed shop" perception some have of super league, as well as the farce of a club £1.5 million on debt being awarded a B licence, do you feel strongly enough to boycott RL events not including Halifax?

TBH i dont go to them anyway apart from England V Australia but i have never been to a SL GF and have no intentions of going unles Fax get there in 2150. The only problem with boycotting these events would be the Two world cup games that we are getting next year?

I understand where you are coming from Freddie but would the rfl even notice (or care)if FAX fans boycotted rfl events

The best thing we could do right now is to increase our own attendances - to show the RFL that Fax can attract the paying public. Bring a friend on Sunday. Bring yer mam and dad. Bring yer wife! (Leave the dog at home though

If we end up in SL and only manage 3,000 at home then we'll get hammered - on and off the pitch. The club have done everything right to keep us at the top of the game outside SL. They (and us) now need to knock down the last fence.

Starbug - No! No freebies - it annoys those who pay!! Our game must NOT be sold cheaply - it's why Bradford are in a mess and it's why Huddersfield are not sustainable. If the reality is that people don't want to watch our game for £15 then so be it - stick with the Championship as it is with crowds of 2,000. I don't buy into this notion of offering the first customers the product for free, get them hooked and then charge them later. I don't think it works - just my opinion. Marketing by all means - yes but NO freebies.

If a club is going to market properly it has to convince people that they're missing out on something by not attending. Halifax have done the on-field product offering already - now - somehow - they have to add a bit of pazzazz to the match day experience and pre-match build up during the week. Losing the Courier didn't help. The job just got harder. It all takes a lot of cash to do that though, something that we don't really have.

I've boycotted rfl events since they brought licensing in and cancelled sky and I feel great! Will only watch games involving Halifax these days. Totally unhappy about the sl feeder club idea too, why should we have their juniors foisted on us. Can't they see they are disillusioning all fans below stupid league?

If its going to take 137 years to get into Super League we will do it for our great great grandchildren
