Big blow for you guys, he has to be the number 1 second row in the Championship for me.

Best by some distance in my opinion.

I hope not he has been Mr Consitency and our best player for me, if he is out we aint gonna win the play offs.

My thoughts exactly fax4life, if Manning is out we can kiss good by to the play offs, he is a tackling machine and without him nulling the threat of Kain in the nrc I doubt we would have won that game. With Divorty, Robinson and Morrison already out that would be our complete back row injured.

We seem to have had some major injuries throughout this season and to lose, in my opinion, our player of the season, at such a critical stage just makes me wonder if its not our turn for the play offs this year?
If we do get there it will have been a hell of an achievement.As was winning the Northerrn Rail, ticking the Super League application box,being in the top 2 for most of the season-all in our first season with a new coach and team.

Nobody likes to see a team lose key players or any players through injury , but its part and parcel of the game , we at Leigh have lost Rob Parker , for the season , and against Fax we have now lost Sam Hopkins our stand out forward this season , for the rest of the year , it happens .

Is that your number 13? He went off injured late on against us and was very impressive?
We now have Nanyn;Morrison;Divorty;Robinson and Manning on long term injury list by the look of it. Roll on next season -will be like having new players for 3 of these.

Sam Hopkins was no.13 against you. We have lost Bibey this season, as he was forced to retire. We have now lost the equally experienced prop, Rob Parker for the year. Jimmy Taylor has hardly played all year for us and we have now lost Hopkins for the season. In addition, Duffy has missed lots of games through injury. You could have got a very good side out of all the Leigh players missing last night, that I saw in the crowd. It is just part and parcel of the game really and we all just have to get on with it I suppose.

I had a corperate place at the CC Final yesterday and when walking up Wembly Way there was a group of a few Fax fans with connections to the club.

The direct question was asked to one of the group.
