Yes of course all the other teams have always followed the cap rules to the letter?
No payments for consultancy, side jobs, cheap cars , family members employed at non-market rates. Ever looked at some of the current squads and thought how do they get all that for £1.6m? The reality is that teams which are strictly following the cap rules are probably only doing it because they don't have any more cash not because of any high moral standpoint.
Yes the Bulls along with several other clubs were "caught" in the past and had points deducted, however it's like the current arguement about the level of tax the rich pay - if you have enough money you can avoid paying a lot of tax - and if a club has enough backing it can get round the cap.
