| IMG update was main thing. 2024 - Grade B club 12.15 points. Thing to remember is a lot of the stuff is a 3 year average. Attendance - 3 year average is over 3000. To get more points in that we would need to double our attendance.
Digital engagement is very good.
Live streaming of home games has started - ticks a box.
last 2 seasons - 3rd, 3rd. We would like a top 2 finish to improve our average here.
Finance, new owners, stability, purchased the long term leasehold - all good. Turnover is up this accounting year - all areas up - merch, tickets, commercial, sponsors.
Stadium - investments - focus on IMG areas - directors box on halfway, tv gantry, leasehold
Community - foundation & support for the key community clubs, engagement again.
Overall, estimate going to increase from 12.15 points to around 14.

| Good to see an upward trend. I expect York to increase as well with Toulouse probably staying static but who knows what everyone else is doing off the field. If we came 16th again it wouldn't surprise me.
If there's going to be any change it will be Salford coming down and probably one club replacing them which would be Toulouse (on paper) who knows in practice.

| Pains me to say it, but Salford are a basket case. I can't see them surviving in SL. So us Toulouse or York to replace. Toulouse only negative is the undercurrent of not wanting another French club. Otherwise they tick all the boxes.
What price a surprise announcement that SL, along with Sky ( or another partner) will be going to 13 (bye weeks worked ok in NRL) or 14. Especially if the NRL take an active role in London, for example and can get an exemption on overseas players for 3 years for London.

| Unless the TV money increases theres no way we'll move to 14 clubs. The incumbents will never vote to have less money.

If the NRL bring in some cash, supercharge London and make them a starter, filled with lots of Aus imports - or possibly in a squad of 25, there have to be majority London trained players - ie 13 Londoners and 12 Aus maybe. TV deal is usually more attractive once there is a London connection. Should be more money available

| The NRL proposals mooted in the press were for fewer teams in SL not more.
Can't see that happening either.

| A reduction that the NRL would recommend is probably based on overall cost to SL, which would be ironic as they are in the process of expansion, though it would be interesting see how they shoe horn in a PNG side and possibly a scond NZ side without removing a Sydney based side!
The only hope the Bulls have of promotion is firstly win the comp and go from there!
