Two things spring to mind here....

One, Hudds are still totally dependent on Wakefield for players.

Two, I assume George is good now he's at Hudds.

Aye, its a good job they are going well, or there would be the scratching sound on the door at Belle View and the thud as Uncle Ken's wallet gets dropped on the desk again !

Funny that considering Wakey poached George from Huddersfield by offering him more money and paying a £5K transfer fee.

He came through our academy and was good friends with Cudjoe and McGilvray.

Most Wakey fans were glad to see him go from what i remember too injury prone etc It was Murphy they wanted to keep. Yet Murphy cannot get into our team and George is playing brilliantly.

No doubt about it George is better in Huddersfield colours than he ever was in Wakey's.

Its fair to say we'd like Mr Davey's cheque book, and you may be right about George, but theres still Brough, Ferguson, Lee, Grix, Mason and Murphy to go at All British, but not club trained.

I’m just glad he’s miraculously cured of Osteogenesis Imperfecta.

Just shows you how players can perform under a good coach, ay
