| Let's see how this affects the Giants. Hopefully negatively for a couple if weeks as we have then back to back!
Seriously though, gutted for them. I know they knew he was going, but to go to a rival is a bit of a low blow for the fans and players. Can't be going to "win things" because he's already at a club that is challenging. Must have been offered a lot of cash!

| I personally think he was on his way back to Oz when the decision for him not to extend his contract with us came up, just think this unexpected opportunity came up at the right time and with no apparent opportunity opening up for him in Oz he couldn't really turn it down. Wish him well for the rest of this season and for his future at Saints as well. Our loss is Saints gain, he's certainly raised our profile since he came.
Just wish he was leaving us to take over Mad Mac's job in charge of the national team.

| He was creating something quite special at Hudds, hopefully Anderson will keep the same ideology.

| I'm not sure what St Helens has to offer more than Huddersfield at present. He's cultivated a great culture at Huddersfield, and one could argue they're on the verge on something special and unprecedented in their recent history. Going to Saints seems a bit mystifying, and a step down quite frankly considering where we are in comparison.

There is a world of difference between Saints and Hudds, but its not always plain sailing.
Brown has created the whole style of play and sorted his own squad at Hudds, whereas, at Saints, he will inherit a team that was put together by others.
If it works out, Saints will be challenging next season, but not sure if the same can be said for Hudds.

Did he not do that at Hudds?
Do you not think he will influence any transfers at Saints going forward from today?

| Clearly those in charge of NRL clubs remember all his achievements at St George and all the trophies he's won with this talented squad at Huddersfield.
Still, it'll be a nice change for Saints to be coached by someone with a record for having his teams choke on the big occasion.
