We have only got a very experimental side out according to our club site as there are some players still missing but there are two coaches of Leythers aswell as all of us in cars so we will definitely beat you in the noise dept. I think you will get 40 against us today. The surface of your new place looks fantastic, can't wait.

Could not go today as I had to finish some crocheting.
Spoke to family / friends on the way home who said we were crap.
Not being funny but like the last game at the Willows and the first proper game at the new stadium, if you can’t raise your game for these matches there must be something seriously wrong.

I have to say that you were very poor today. there was no one on you side that remotly looked like taking the game by the sruff of the neck. your performance today was simillar to your last game at the Willows, I was there. You look like you need two props, a hooker, a standoff and a scrum half. You made way to many errors. Having said that it was only a friendly and no one wants get injured so early in the season so I am hoping that all todays performace was down to. You as Salford fans deserve better than what I have witnessed the last to times that I have watched you, but being a Leyther I am over the moon. Chins up Reds.

I know we shouldnt get carried away by friendlies, but I thought Leigh were great today.
There was nothing about Salford to enthuse me for the season ahead apart from the fact that all the players looked trim ( not sure what that counts for but i'm clutching at straws here!)

I actually find some comfort in the comedy moments at Salford, and watching Highton - he had a headset, a walkie talkie, a mobile, and still found it necessary to stand with his back to the game looking up at Vievers shouting up asking for instructions - was truly hilarious.

Also, even if the rugby disappoints, we should have the cleanest stadium in Rugby League. There were so many people being paid to pick up litter it was untrue.

I paid £5.50 to park, and was never asked to produce the ticket as proof.
Still the Hot Chocolate at half time was great, and I almost had my own personal litter picker upper to take the cup from me when I had done.

Maybe if we stopped stealing all their players
