I'de like to google "big time Charlie" but i'm worried tat the search would produce Dr. Marwan Koukash.

Don't really like how this has been played out but who knows what's happened behind the scenes, something may have gone on. I quite like Locke, put his hand up when he was clearly injured and has been out and about promoting us last week, but that's not enough to justify his wages. Hope he gets some game time this season to prove he's still got it, am sure someone will take him off our hands

I'm sure MK would listen to offers on any player - that is purely business.

Re KL - Hes just had an op so after recovery - 4 weeks I understand - I think we will all see how good he is.

He has 2 years to run so we have much to look forward to.

How does this work with the Doc still looking for the Marquee player rule to be brought in, you'd think that anyone he does bring in would be the very type of player he is referring to in this report.

Nothing but a hunch but I think one of the reasons Locke looks set to be shipped on is that Slater will be heading over to SL at the end of the current NRL season and that Salford will be heading the queue to sign him.

I will be sorry to see Locke go. Hoping that after coming back from his op he shows everyone his talents, if he comes good will he be to good to let go ? I thought that he would be the top fullback in super league this year

I have heard that MK Wants to offload him, to free up Salary monies, to increase Evalds and Fages contracts and stop them being poached by other clubs, who run better academies than us

Surely Fages and Evalds have come through our junior system so a good part of their salary can be offset? Don't fully understand the rules on that but sure there is some form of dispensation for youth products.

We won't be signing Billy Slater or any other marquee player; Koukash has pretty much said as much.

I don't like the way Koukash goes about his business but when you can barely give tickets away to watch us play, you can hardly blame him for stashing his credit card.

Agree to an extent WF but his Trainers bill for horses will be about £200k a month so his losses with us will be far less.
