How long will it be? before we will see the team's profiles on the official web site, they have been on for the past few year's. And made good interesting reading so come on lad's & lassies........?

No definite launch date Ste. It's just at the design stage, with a third party. We aim to have a Super League quality product, but I think we should still be keeping the current website up to date. Hopefully, (in ignorance

) it should then just be a question of migrating material across to a new website

I fully accept the point you make re trying to get as good a website as there is out there. However we need to be realistic and our existing website is an embarassment in terms of the content being hopelessly out of date, the 2012 merchandise being nowhere to be seen etc etc.

Surely if as a club we are trying to focus on improving our communications skills then something as visible as the website should be top priority and why this wasn't addressed earlier isn't good enough. Trevor has touched on the PSG meeting every week and I know that Alan has a large slice of his time taken by the match programme which is by the way second to none. However is nobody else capable of getting hold of this as a task & making it happen? God only knows how much merchandising revenue the website has cost us to date and yes I do understand how little money we have to order stock.

It almost seems we have gone backwards as a club since Keith's magnificent job of dealing with the Inland Revenue, surely at a time when we need to feed off the energy the fans pulling together has created.

I'll get off my soapbox now but we need to start seeing things happening as opposed to being in the pipeline.

I think it's a case of having the 'time' and 'staff' to update everything . But from a personal point f view the website needs to be priority.

The only reason i'm asking the question, is my two young grandson's look on the web site all the time. They keep asking me witch player have gone, what's the team we have now, and what do they look like. It seem's I have to Waite for the Reporter or Journal to read up on the match report's. And how the team performed in the game, witch player's played who scored it seem's a bit daft to me!

Sounds like you're volunteering?.....or are you one of those that can moan like a good 'un about the fact someone else isn't doing it??

If you buy the Reporter or Journal, you don't buy a black pen and a camera to fill the page's in your self do you!.....

If we are to be the honest open club we all strive for, people shouldn’t be afraid to raise concerns and/or ideas, without the ‘if you could do better then you do it attitude’, being thrown at them.

We have been told we have a PSG which focuses on communications. If they are unable to open up something which is one of the most fundamental means of communicating then what are they working on? Of course this involves volunteers, however I can't recall the club ever asking if anybody knows a web designer with a bit of time on their hands, perhaps Walt knows better though?

Nothing to do with moaning. If we look at club merchandise as a particular area, how many people have actually seen what is available this year? How much has this cost us as a result?
