Totally disagree. We will have to agree to disagree on that one. Grade c offence Henderson apparently. We won't see him again this year and nobody is complaining about that.

Looked much worse in real time. when i watched it back stu didn't appear to be looking at the leigh player or displaying any intent. hence why the panel have given him a formal warning i would have thought.

Watched incident back and it really is getting beyond a joke what this bloke is getting away with and I don't just mean against Leigh. Has he been granted some kind of licence due to his advancing years to do what he wants? I know I am hardly stating anything that is not already obvious, but the RFL really are a joke.

Dickens has been cited six times in the past five seasons, for mainly 'trivial' offences. (e.g dissent) He's been suspended only once, this season, for an alleged headbut. As far as I can make out, he hasn't been cited for kicking out before and, although his actions were perhaps reckless, a caution would seem about right. (imo)

Really, it's all pretty small beer for a prop, who is in the thick of it all the time. Given that Henderson only got two matches, aided by the early guilty plea, I reckon the Disciplinary got it just about right this time around.

Some people see this Alan, others just rant on no matter what in a blinkered fashion.

He's no angel underthesticks, I'll grant you that. He's an experienced prop forrad who's done the business and knows just how to play the game. He's no soft bug ger.

You comment on Stu, fair do's. We disagree on Thursday's incident. However, were you are vociferous when Tim Street was handing it out way back - when it was Fev's and other clubs forrads on the receiving end?? Even Kevin Henderson's "tackle" your acknowledgement of his behaviour is there - but it's almost in defence and a "what about their players"?? - when in reality Hendo didn't do too bad with a 2 match ban!
There are times this season (Fax away) when Stu has over stepped and got what he deserved.
There are times this season when his behaviour has recieved a massive over reaction and/or misinterpretation - and in my opinion Thursday is one of them. The disciplinary got it spot on in the Fax away game and in the Leigh game.
Ingy, rightfully got carded v Hunslet and Kyle rightfully got referred to the disciplinary for upturning a Cas player, tho again the disciplinary called it correct with a NFA.

I do try whenever possible to remain as objective as I possibly can. If I see someting untoward, I have and will continue to call it. If I don't, I won't.
As Alan says, a caution for his wrecklessness is bang on the money for me.

I admire your comments Alan. However, had a Leigh prop done the same to one of the Fev players and been banned, I suspect you would have said he deserved it. You are very sporting, but despite what you say, I totally disagree. Henderson deserves what he gets or has got. No complaints. Dickens however, mmmm? Did you see what he did to Hansen in the Pies cup match Alan. I do not think anyone could justify that as being just part and parcel of being in the rough and tumble as a prop.

RFF. You are biased just like me. When commenting on Leigh and Fev neither of us are objective. However, I will say Hendo deserves what he got and has done all along. Street was a dirty sod and so is Dickens. All this BS about it being a hard game bla bla is rubbish. Kicking folk on the floor is dirty and cowardly not tough. If a Leigh player had done it, i would say the same. By the way we've had far worse than TIMMY. He was a pussy cat compared to a lot of former Leythers.

UTS - we could trawl video evidence all day and we could cite each others players til the cows come home. Like the stamp on Liam, sh it gets missed. But on the day, I, ALan, many neutrals and most importantly the disciplinary all agreed that the correct decision was arrived at. Fair play, you don't agree. Something we'll have to live with but whilst I agree on so many things that the RFL is indeed a laughing stock, on this issue I believe you to be wrong!
