I have trawled through 17 pages of predictions on the VT and apart from one guy who thought we would finish third! (he had Crusaders as top), the best that people thought was 9th.

Given that Mac will say we will win it, what do you think. My
view is that 10th is the best we can do unless, Orr, Purdham, Randall, LMS,Sharpe, Howell, Melling and Dorn have phenomenal seasons and more importantly avoid injury. If this unlikely scenario comes about we may make the playoffs.

I suspect we will get more of the same from the players you have mentioned- to me its what the 2 second rowers from Aussie bring to the team as they were both useless last year, in addition to what the new players offer.

Half way through last year we were sitting 4th with what looked like and easy run in-suddenly something went wrong-what that was only the team knows.

Mid table for me with a good run on injuries

After the horrific end to last season, I'm still approaching this one in a pretty negative mood. With my negative hat on, I'd predict 12th. With few injuries and no traditional end of season loss of form, then we could push towards the bottom end of the play-offs.

8th or 9th but I am more confident than I was at the end of last season. Looking at other sides who had good seasons last year only Giants look better than last year but only just

We always seem to play with enough heart to finish out of the bottom couple of places. No marquee players this year, so I really see no reason why would finish above 8th. So since im feeling optimistic....8th.

I think the starting 13 are a good buch of players any were from 6th to 12th for me i predict a very open season this year
