Seems a bit pedantic, which doesn't surprise me with it being the RFL

| Are they all on holiday this week, and letting the secretaries run the disciplinary or something ???
12 incidents reviewed:
6 "No Charge" decisions
1 Formal caution
5 Warning letters
Not a single player brought in to Red Hall.

I think the RFL have gone over the top with doing things like this. Some of the things are completely harmless and accidental. If the RFL want to make a statement they need to harshly punish those players such as Westwood for wreckless challenges.

| Unfortunately Fielden has previous for raising the knee. He is not on his own though both Peacock and Smith did it for Leeds v Manly.

| Slightly off topic, but I've just watched Saturdays game again.
The two penalties given against Fielden in the first half were completely wrong.
He was penalised for holding down at the play the ball.
In both instances the Harlequins player crawls or rolls forward after the tackle is complete, so that as Fielden gets up it looks as though he is preventing him from playing the ball.

That seemed to be something Quins tried a lot in the game.
The ref imo could have penalised the Quins player for moving forward rather than Fielden.

Disagree. Fielden and O Loughlin both need to stop messing at the play of the ball. We were lucky that the French referee was more lenient than other SL referees.

Corrected for accuracy.
I sat through a 2 hour coaching session by listening in to the referees for that match.
He was constantly being corrected (including his tackle count - 3 times)
I'm sorry, but he is nowhere near Superleague standard, although I seem to recall hearing much the same with Ashley Klein when he first came over.

Absolutely correct.
I think the player involved in both was Danny Ward.
Instead of getting to his feet, he took to crawling along the floor in an attempt to get a penalty.
He did this, and got away with it, on any number of occasions on Saturday.

| In regards to Fieldens raised knee, well he has seemed to have got into a habit of 'stamping' his way in tackles. He is much more effective when he runs direct.
