| I have just watched Sam Tomkins 3rd try again and I just cannot get over how much world class there was in it. We went from one end to the other in one tackle to score. Phelps return of the kick was superb, no other FB in the league is doing that atm and Roberts backing up and the offload was equally as good. Straight from Roberts play the ball we spin it out to Tomkins and he steps and goes through a none existant gap to hand someone off and then step the FB with ease to score near the sticks. I actually think thats on of the best tries we have scored all year.
Any others that stand out?

| The best thing about those tries for me was the timing of them. His second try in the first half was against the run of play. Castleford were starting to dominate and posted two unanswered tries. Then just before half time, against the run of play, Tomkins goes and scores. A real boost before half time.
Then in the second half. Castleford had posted 14? unanswered points on us and had the momentum probably to win the game. When from the back of Phelps's return, Tomkins scores again. Against the run of play. It halted Castleford's momentum and put us back in the ascendency. A drop goal soon after was the final blow to their hopes.
There has been some great individual efforts this year. Thomas Leuluai's side stepping three players against Harlequins at home comes to mind and Cameron Phelps's try against Warrington at home comes to mind. There has been some much better tries I just can't think of them currently.

That was superb, surely a contender.
Leuluai's at MM was a really good one which really wrapped up the game early in the second half.
I agree with Cadoo with the fact that those tries were against the run of play and therefore it is harder to score.

| Mine from the top of my head:
1. Pat Richards v Hull KR.
His second of the game. Ran across the line inside his own 15 metres and put Amos away who passed back inside to Pat who dummied Vella to go under the posts and seal the game.
2. Sam Tomkins v Castleford.
Needs no explaining really. Skill. Strength. Speed. Great try.
3. Pat Richards v Hull KR.
His first try. Straight from the scrum it went through 4 or 5 pairs of hands and Richards span out of Briscoe's tackle to plant the ball down in the corner which was another crucial try in that game.

| Ainscoughs try v Cas at Wigan earlier in the season was a cracker. However he could and should have passed the ball inside, or gone closer to the posts. We missed the goalkick.
Great try though.

| Leuluai, I think it was against Leeds? Where he stepped and span in the tackle. I think he got two similar tries in this game.
