This concept has been totally diluted in the second game. Not only is it a second rate England team but it's now a second rate Exiles team. For it to work it has to be the best for both teams.

Correct, some of our best players are down under as well.
Not only that, the game has to be more intense than a GF or the international games we see. That is how SOO became what it is down under. |

Brian Carney made a suggestion on B'n'A last night. He suggested that England play the Knights. The Knights will want to beat the 'first' team because they have a point to prove. It could be seen as a trial game for the World Cup. the only trouble with this is getting the clubs on board and with the current club before country attitude in our game I can't see it happening any time soon. |

Money is the only way to motivate these players to be desperate to pull on the jersey. Money Rugby League doesn't have. |
