| Just shows the margin between success and failure, but for the late heroics it could have been war on here tonight. Instead, the way the game ended you couldn't help but walk out with a huge smile on the face.
Pleased for Grix, cos in all honesty he had a shocker today and he will know that, difficult for him as he's playing out of position and doing a job for the team, but glad he got over at the end, took some scoring after brilliant work from Gleeson too.
Highlight for me was seeing Korki and Bibey sprinting over the field to join in the celebrations after Brough's kick, great to see two big lads charging over like that to join in after what must have been such an energy sapping game.
How Blaymire didn't get man of the match simply amazed me, thought he was absolutely superb and head and shoulders above a good team effort.

| I did think Wilkes played well, but also Korki had a good game.

Unfortunately, whatever positives he does offer, that applies wherever he plays.

It would have been war on here had we lost and rightly so we should have put the game out of siht well before the last minute, did make it entertaining though!
Agree about Blaymire a brilliant display though he was still getting grief from some muppet stood behind us! Great finish from Grix good for him as he was shocking for the other 79 minutes.

| snippet from the bbc
"Brough added the conversion from the touchline to send Belle Vue into raptures" fantastic end to a nerve racking game,
I hope that the rapturous cheers could be heard in wakefield for the early leaving party

playing in that heat must have taken a lot out of them but that is not distracting away from some basic errors, passing was astray at times and dropped balls in areas that they should tighten up in,
wasn't a pretty game but then if you've come away with points you can forgive them quicker

| whatever anyone thinks of grix he will make mistakes like any player but he took a awful pass from nr his bootlaces and finished superbly to put us in a position for danny brough to win us the game.
while ever he pulls on the shirt he will have my full support i thought our tactics were all wrong today but we came out the other side only just
on another note does anyone know the academy scoreline

| I always worry when Wakey have a week off. I would love to know the stats but I am sure we more often than not lose after a break, so it's a relief to get win here.
Now we can push on for that top 8 place.
