Over the last few seasons the rugby we play since Agar has introduced a ball carrying 13 instead of ball playing 13, the dire 1 man rugby 4 drives, 1 drop ff and a kick has got worse imo, this is no knee jerk reacation to yesterdays performance i have seen this coming for some while and believe we are in a false postion in the 1st place

However there is certain questions to be answered imo

Teams that bring players in on loan don't win things (fact), infact quite the opposite you look at leeds,saints,wigan they never bring players in infact quite the opposite theres go out on loan to other clubs to gain the experience before they then feel the benefit however there is not a season goes by that we don't have some youngster from leeds on loan

When was the last time Senior,Gidley,King were taken off other than injury by there coaches during a game for a tatical substution yet Agar felt the need to replace turner who was one of the better players yesterday with hall

Out of the 17 yesterday we had Whiting on the wing,Briscoe on the wing,Washy at 6,Berro at 7,Fitz at 13,horne at 9 when he came on(ffs) that is 6 players imo not playing in there correct postion were is the logic in that, regards horne been out since the 1st of May yet is thrown in to what is now the most demanding postion to play at dummy half by the clueless coach

Everyday Tom Briscoe trains and plays on the wing is a day wasted on his devolpment as a potential world class centre imo, again agar sort it out

Why have we fallen so far behind Wire???

Simple they had the balls to realise Lowes wasn't up to the job of head coach and went and got 1 of the best and now play a fantastic brand of rugby with a great work and team ethic we sadly lack

Rule and co will put the usual spin on it that we have improved on last season regards were we finish, doesn't wash with me were are so far behind the wires,wigans,giants etc with there attacking brand of rugby because they have top class coaches were we are just quite happy to go try and stay in arm wrestle grind a dour win out instead of trying to play a team off the park with free flowing quality entertaining rugby league

Agars subs baffle me giants game away Sam Moa just had 15 minutes rest at half time agar brings him off after 2 sets in the 2nd half,bradford brings manu off 8 minutes into the 2nnd half yet 3 mintues later sends him back on to replace luakai his interchanges are a joke, certain players also need to take a look at themselves with there effort and commitment on the pitch and also id like to know why the club captain hasn't been present at either of the last 2 matches sets a great example that, maybe if he can't be bothered we should take a leaf out of his his book and save our hard earned money

Yes agar has a 2 year deal, but in the long term he he will cost us more by staying and driving many fans away than the club dipping there hands in there pocket saying your not up to it and paying the guy who is out of his depth off and ruining more seasons with his p1ss poor coaching and boring predictable game plans

But we are still fourth



and people seem to be happy with it

yesterdays result was always coming, ordinary players, clueless coaching and a board who rub their hands every close season knowing we fall for the same bull everytime!

As someone once said on radio humberside we could have 17 black and white deck chairs and still sell 8k season passes out loyalty is taken for granted, we are the newcastle of rugby league

All the ingridients are there for a successful club apart the coach why cant they see that

I think it says a lot for the standard of SL that we are still 4th...they say its getting better and more competitive each year...in reality its just shifted down in standard. Had we played like this even 5 years ago we'd have been battling relegation IMO.

Apart from the comeback against Saints,I can`t recall getting overly excited at any other game.

To be fair Long has a bad and painful injury, it wouldn't be easy for him to travel to the games and certainly no good for his recovery
