We’re at the halfway point of the regular season and the next couple of fixtures feel especially pivotal. Today will be the difference between saying we’re winning 1 in 3 or 1 in 4.

If we lose, it’ll reinforce that feeling that we can’t beat decent teams and Wakefield becomes a must win to keep even remote hopes of 8th alive. Win and avoiding (or at least traversing) the shizzle 8s is that much easier to imagine.

Would love us to pick up 2 points today, but with Leeds last 2 results not being great, i think they'll be out to prove a point. A gallant effort by Rovers but a close loss is my prediction.

It’s hard to disagree, and make a strong case for a Rovers win. But while we can note the importance of winning most of the games vs the teams around us, if we write off 10+ games against decent teams, shizzle 8s avoidance becomes nearly impossible. That’s why pre-season talk of going with a mobile pack put the wind up me. Across the season we need to 2 or 3 surprise wins to have a chance. Halfway through and we’ve not managed to beat anybody outside the current bottom 4 - it needs to change soon.

Leeds discipline was shocking, they deserved to be on the wrong end of the penalty count. Rovers didn’t get the big calls, and I really don’t need to explain what I mean by that.

Child's gifted Catalans 2 points last night by allowing them way too much latitude at the pub but refs aren't biased they're just useless. Until we get 2 refs we won't get better consistency. Far too much going on for one man to police effectively

come on get real man they had a perfectly good try ruled out and you know it , too many games influenced by bad decisions , but it is what it is you just get on with it

It wasn't a perfectly good try though ad the player ran around the back of his own player which has always been a penalty.

Had less cats been penalised how they should we'd have won comfortably but that's the way it goes. Refs are useless not biased
